Pittsburgh Chipped Ham Barbecue Recipe
A classic Pittsburgh sandwich made with chipped ham and a tangy barbecue sauce.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb chipped ham
- 1 cup ketchup
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 buns sandwich buns
- 1. In a large skillet, combine ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, mustard, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir well. 
- 2. Add chipped ham to the skillet. Stir to coat the ham with the sauce. 
- 3. Cook over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the ham is heated through and the sauce has thickened. 
- 4. Serve the ham mixture on sandwich buns. Enjoy!
