Pittsburgh Chipped Ham Barbecue Recipe
A classic Pittsburgh sandwich made with chipped ham and a tangy barbecue sauce.

- 1 lb chipped ham
- 1 cup ketchup
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 buns sandwich buns
1. In a large skillet, combine ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, mustard, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir well.
2. Add chipped ham to the skillet. Stir to coat the ham with the sauce.
3. Cook over medium heat for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the ham is heated through and the sauce has thickened.
4. Serve the ham mixture on sandwich buns. Enjoy!
