Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 unit Large onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 unit Green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 4 slices Provolone cheese
  • 4 units Hoagie rolls
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add onions and peppers, sauté until soft.
  3. 3. Push veggies to the side, add steak slices, and cook until browned.
  4. 4. Mix veggies and steak together, season with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Place cheese slices on top, let melt.
  6. 6. Toast hoagie rolls, fill with steak mixture.
