Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef sirloin, sliced into strips
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 large red onion, sliced
  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced into wedges
  • 1 yellow chili pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup French fries, cooked
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Marinate the beef strips with soy sauce, red wine vinegar, and minced garlic for about 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add a bit of oil and stir-fry the beef until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. In the same wok, add a bit more oil and stir-fry the onions, tomatoes, and yellow chili pepper until the onions are translucent.
  4. 4. Return the beef to the wok, add the cooked French fries, and toss everything together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve immediately.
