- 2 lbs Pork shoulder cut into chunks
- 1 cup Barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the barbecue sauce, brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder.
3. Season the pork shoulder chunks with salt and pepper.
4. Grill the pork shoulder chunks for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are nicely charred.
5. Brush the barbecue sauce mixture onto the pork and continue grilling for another 25 minutes, or until the pork is cooked through.
6. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
