Ingredients 

Pastrami Ingredients

  • 5 lbs Beef Brisket
  • ½ cup Kosher Salt
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Black Pepper coarsely ground
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander Seeds crushed
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Paprika

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix all the spices together in a bowl.
  2. 2. Rub the spice mixture all over the brisket.
  3. 3. Wrap the brisket in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 3 days.
  4. 4. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  5. 5. Smoke the brisket until it reaches an internal temperature of 195°F (90°C), about 4 hours.
  6. 6. Let the pastrami rest for at least 30 minutes before slicing.
