Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes
  • 1 can Cannellini Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Ditalini Pasta
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • to taste Salt and Pepper
  • 1 cup Fresh Spinach, chopped

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
  4. Add the cannellini beans, ditalini pasta, dried oregano, and dried basil. Reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked, about 10 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
