Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent.
Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Pour in the chicken broth and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
Add the cannellini beans, ditalini pasta, dried oregano, and dried basil. Reduce heat and simmer until pasta is cooked, about 10 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
Serve hot and enjoy!
