Parmesan Garlic Orzo
A simple yet delicious side dish made with orzo pasta, garlic, and Parmesan cheese.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Orzo pasta
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 2 cups Chicken broth
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
1. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
2. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
3. Stir in the orzo and cook for 2-3 minutes until lightly toasted.
4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat to low and simmer until the orzo is tender and the broth is absorbed, about 10 minutes.
6. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, and season with salt and black pepper to taste.
7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
