  • 4 cups Stale Bread, cubed
  • 2 cups Tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup Cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Basil Leaves, torn
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cubed bread, tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  2. 2. Add the torn basil leaves.
  3. 3. Drizzle with olive oil and red wine vinegar.
  4. 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
