- 2 lbs Potatoes cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
Spread the potatoes out on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy, flipping them halfway through.
Remove from the oven and serve hot.
