Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skin-on
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place a wire rack on a baking sheet.
2. In a bowl, soak the chicken thighs in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
3. In another bowl, mix the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
4. Remove the chicken from the buttermilk, letting the excess drip off. Dredge each piece in the flour mixture, coating well.
5. Place the coated chicken on the wire rack. Drizzle with olive oil.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
