Main Ingredients
- 500 g Okra sliced
- 1 unit Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 1 can Tomatoes diced
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
Add the sliced okra and cook for about 5 minutes.
Add the diced tomatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Serve hot and enjoy!
