Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Rolled oats
- 1 cup Milk or any plant-based milk
- 1 cup Yogurt
- ½ cup Dried fruits like raisins or apricots
- ¼ cup Nuts like almonds or walnuts
- 1 tablespoon Honey optional
In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, milk, and yogurt.
Add the dried fruits and nuts, and mix well.
If using, drizzle honey over the mixture and stir to combine.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
Serve chilled, and enjoy your healthy breakfast!
