- 4 cups Water
- 1 package Tofu cubed
- 3 tablespoons Miso paste
- 1 cup Dashi stock
- 2 tablespoons Green onions chopped
1. In a pot, bring the water and dashi stock to a boil.
2. Reduce heat to low and add the miso paste. Stir until dissolved.
3. Add the cubed tofu and let it simmer for a few minutes.
4. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
