Instructions
1. In a saucepan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the beef. Cook until the onion is soft.
3. Stir in the tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
4. Grill or cook the hot dogs in a skillet until heated through.
5. Place the hot dogs in buns and top with the meat sauce. Serve immediately.
