Main Ingredients
- 2 cups White American cheese, shredded
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Cayenne pepper
- 1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. 
- 2. Add the milk and heat until warm. 
- 3. Gradually add the shredded cheese, stirring constantly until melted and smooth. 
- 4. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and cayenne pepper. 
- 5. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
