Mexican Shrimp Cocktail

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, cooked and peeled
- 1 cup Tomato juice
- ½ cup Ketchup
- ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
- 1 unit Jalapeño, minced
- 1 unit Avocado, diced
- ¼ cup Red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon Lime juice
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine tomato juice, ketchup, lime juice, and salt.
2. Add shrimp, cilantro, jalapeño, avocado, and red onion. Mix gently to combine.
3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
4. Serve in individual cups or bowls, garnished with additional cilantro if desired.
