Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Basmati Rice
- 2 cups Vegetable Broth
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 cup Chopped Bell Peppers
- 1 cup Chopped Zucchini
- 1 cup Frozen Peas
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add chopped bell peppers and zucchini, sauté for 5 minutes.
3. Add basmati rice, turmeric, and salt. Stir well.
4. Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
6. Stir in frozen peas, cover, and cook for another 5 minutes.
7. Fluff the rice with a fork and serve hot.
