Marinade Ingredients
- ½ cup Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Oregano dried
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and freshly ground black pepper.
Place your choice of meat in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the meat, ensuring it is well-coated.
Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
Remove the meat from the marinade and cook as desired.
