Main Ingredients
- 2 pieces Flatbread
- 1 cup Hummus
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup Cucumber, diced
- ¼ cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Kalamata Olives, pitted and sliced
- ¼ cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
Spread a generous amount of hummus on each flatbread.
Top with cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with dried oregano.
Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and the toppings are heated through.
Remove from the oven, slice, and serve immediately.
