- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- ¼ cup Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
2. Place chicken breasts in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour marinade over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are well-coated.
3. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for best results.
4. Preheat grill or oven to medium-high heat. Grill or bake chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
