- 1 cup Vegetable oil
- 1 large Egg
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon Salt
In a bowl, whisk together the egg, lemon juice, and mustard.
Slowly add the oil while whisking continuously until the mixture thickens.
Season with salt to taste.
