Salad Ingredients
- 1 head Romaine lettuce chopped
- 2 tablespoon Fresh dill chopped
- 2 tablespoon Fresh mint chopped
- 4 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, dill, and mint.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
4. Serve immediately.
