- 1 lb flank steak
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, olive oil, red wine vinegar, minced garlic, honey, and black pepper.
2. Place the flank steak in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
4. Remove the steak from the marinade and grill for about 5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
5. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain. Serve and enjoy!
