Marinated Cucumber Onion and Tomato Salad

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cucumbers, sliced
- 1 cup Onions, sliced
- 2 cups Tomatoes, chopped
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Fresh dill, chopped
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cucumbers, onions, and tomatoes.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat.
4. Sprinkle with fresh dill and serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
