Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Manicotti Shells
  • 2 cups Ricotta Cheese
  • 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1 jar Marinara Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook manicotti shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, ½ cup parmesan, garlic, salt, pepper, and basil.
  4. Stuff manicotti shells with the cheese mixture.
  5. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish. Arrange stuffed shells in the dish.
  6. Pour remaining marinara sauce over the shells. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and parmesan.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
