Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, carrots, onion, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
2. Place about 1 tablespoon of the mixture on a lumpia wrapper. Fold and roll tightly, sealing the edges with water.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry lumpia in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3-5 minutes per side.
4. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
