Ingredients

  • 2 lbs lobster cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the lobster for about 8-10 minutes. Once cooked, remove the lobster meat and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and lemon juice until well combined.
  3. 3. Add the chopped lobster, celery, and fresh dill to the bowl. Mix everything together until the lobster is well coated.
  4. 4. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
