Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked lobster meat
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Chopped chives
- 4 units Hot dog buns
- 2 tablespoons Butter Melted
1. In a mixing bowl, combine lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and chives.
2. Brush the inside of the hot dog buns with melted butter.
3. Toast the buns in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
4. Fill the buns with the lobster mixture and serve immediately.
