- 1 cup Water
- 1 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Dried Lavender
1. Combine water and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat.
2. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
3. Add dried lavender and bring to a gentle boil.
4. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
5. Remove from heat and let it steep for 10 minutes.
6. Strain the syrup into a jar, discarding the lavender.
7. Let it cool before using or storing in the refrigerator.
