Main Ingredients
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ¼ cup water
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.
Whisk continuously until the sugar is dissolved and the sauce is slightly thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool. Use immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
