King Ranch Chicken Casserole
A classic Tex-Mex casserole with layers of chicken, cheese, and tortillas.

- 3 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilies
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 12 pieces Corn Tortillas, torn into pieces
- 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, diced tomatoes with green chilies, chicken broth, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Layer half of the torn tortillas in the bottom of a greased baking dish.
Spread half of the chicken mixture over the tortillas.
Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the chicken mixture.
Repeat the layers with the remaining tortillas, chicken mixture, and cheese.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
Let the casserole rest for 10 minutes before serving.
