- 1 pound kielbasa sausage sliced
- 4 medium potatoes diced
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 cup bell pepper chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon black pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add kielbasa and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Add potatoes, onion, and bell pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 15 minutes.
