- 12 pieces Jalapenos halved and seeded
- 8 oz Cream cheese softened
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and garlic powder.
Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
Roll each filled jalapeno in breadcrumbs to coat.
Place the jalapenos on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
