Italian Sausage Peppers and Onions Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 4 links Italian sausage mild or hot
- 2 large bell peppers sliced
- 1 large onion sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper to taste
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the sausages and cook until browned on all sides, about 7-10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the bell peppers, onions, and garlic. Cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
Slice the sausages into 1-inch pieces and return to the skillet. Add oregano, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine.
Cook for another 10-15 minutes, until the sausages are cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
Serve hot. Enjoy!
