Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Pasta any short pasta
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup Black olives sliced
  • ½ cup Red onion thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Cucumber diced
  • ½ cup Feta cheese crumbled
  • ¼ cup Basil chopped
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine pasta, cherry tomatoes, black olives, red onion, cucumber, and feta cheese.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
  5. 5. Garnish with chopped basil before serving.
