  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  3. Place chicken breasts in the baking dish and brush with the olive oil mixture.
  4. Top with cherry tomatoes and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Sprinkle dried oregano over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
