Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rice uncooked
  • 2 cans Sardines in oil
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the rice according to package instructions.
  2. 2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add sardines (with oil) to the pan. Break them into pieces using a spatula.
  4. 4. Add soy sauce, salt, and black pepper to taste. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve the sardine mixture over the cooked rice.
