Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked rice
  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup Mixed vegetables
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 pcs Eggs, beaten
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Push the vegetables to the side and pour the beaten eggs into the wok. Scramble the eggs until cooked.
  5. 5. Add the cooked rice and pineapple chunks to the wok. Stir well to combine.
  6. 6. Pour the soy sauce over the rice mixture and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  7. 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
