Instant Pot Chicken Soup Recipe
A comforting and easy-to-make chicken soup using an Instant Pot.

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken breast boneless, skinless
- 4 cups Chicken broth
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 Carrots sliced
- 2 Celery stalks sliced
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
1. Turn on the Instant Pot and select the 'Sauté' function. Add a bit of oil and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
2. Add the chicken breast, carrots, celery, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and thyme to the Instant Pot.
3. Close the lid, set the valve to 'Sealing', and select the 'Manual' or 'Pressure Cook' function. Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
4. Once the cooking time is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then quick release any remaining pressure.
5. Remove the chicken breast, shred it with two forks, and return it to the pot. Stir well and adjust seasoning if needed.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
