  • 4 pieces Pita Bread
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 0.5 cup Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 1 cup Sliced Kalamata Olives
  • 1 cup Diced Red Onion
  • 1 cup Chopped Fresh Spinach

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place pita breads on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread tomato sauce evenly over each pita.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the tomato sauce.
  5. Add crumbled feta cheese, sliced olives, diced red onion, and chopped spinach on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
