Ingredients 

Marinade

  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 inch Ginger, minced
  • 8 pieces Chicken Thighs, skinless

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, garam masala, turmeric, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.
  2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the marinated chicken on a baking tray.
  4. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred on the edges.
  5. Serve hot with naan or rice and a side of salad.
