Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Breast cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 large Onion finely chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger grated
  • 2 tablespoon Curry Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander
  • 400 ml Coconut Milk
  • 1 can Tomatoes diced
  • 1 cup Water
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • 1 bunch Cilantro chopped, for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onions and sauté until golden brown.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, cook for another 2 minutes.
  4. Add curry powder, turmeric, cumin, and coriander. Stir well.
  5. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  6. Pour in coconut milk, tomatoes, and water. Bring to a boil.
  7. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
