Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Tomato puree
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Grated ginger

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, and spices. Add chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  3. 3. Add marinated chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  4. 4. Stir in tomato puree and cook for another 10 minutes.
  5. 5. Add heavy cream, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
