Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce (15 oz)
  • 1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 2 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, chili powder, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer.
  4. 4. Reduce the heat to low and let the chili simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. 5. Serve the chili over hot dogs and enjoy!
