Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 slices Turkey breast
  • 8 slices Bacon
  • 4 slices Texas toast
  • 2 cups Mornay sauce
  • ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pinch Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped parsley

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a saucepan, prepare the Mornay sauce.
  3. Toast the Texas toast slices and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Top each toast with turkey and Mornay sauce.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake until bubbly and golden.
  6. While baking, cook the bacon until crispy.
  7. Top each sandwich with two slices of bacon, a pinch of paprika, and chopped parsley.
