- 8 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skinless
- ⅓ cup Honey
- ½ cup Soy Sauce low sodium
- 4 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
- ¼ cup Water
- 2 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with water to make a slurry
Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, rice vinegar, ginger, black pepper, and water. Pour over the chicken.
Cook on low for 4 hours or until chicken is tender.
Remove chicken and set aside. Turn slow cooker to high.
Mix cornstarch with water to make a slurry. Stir into the sauce in the slow cooker. Cook until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
Return chicken to the slow cooker and coat with the sauce. Serve hot.
