Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skinless
  • cup Honey
  • ½ cup Soy Sauce low sodium
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with water to make a slurry

Instructions 

  1. Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, rice vinegar, ginger, black pepper, and water. Pour over the chicken.
  3. Cook on low for 4 hours or until chicken is tender.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside. Turn slow cooker to high.
  5. Mix cornstarch with water to make a slurry. Stir into the sauce in the slow cooker. Cook until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes.
  6. Return chicken to the slow cooker and coat with the sauce. Serve hot.
