Instructions
1. In a large bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, vegetable oil, and garlic.
2. Add chicken, bell peppers, and onion to the bowl. Stir to coat. Marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread chicken and vegetables onto skewers.
4. Grill skewers for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
