Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • ¼ cup Honey
  • cup Soy sauce
  • ¼ cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 large Red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large Green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large Onion, cut into 1-inch pieces

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, vegetable oil, and garlic.
  2. 2. Add chicken, bell peppers, and onion to the bowl. Stir to coat. Marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread chicken and vegetables onto skewers.
  4. 4. Grill skewers for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
