Main Ingredients
- 4 medium Russet potatoes peeled and diced
- 1 medium Onion diced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the diced potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3. Add the diced onion and continue cooking for another 10 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
4. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir well to combine.
5. Serve hot and enjoy!
