Hawaiian Salad Recipe

- 2 cups Pineapple chunks fresh or canned
- 1 cup Cooked ham diced
- 1 cup Shredded coconut
- 1 cup Mandarin oranges drained
- ½ cup Chopped green onions
- ½ cup Chopped macadamia nuts
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
In a large mixing bowl, combine pineapple chunks, diced ham, shredded coconut, mandarin oranges, green onions, and macadamia nuts.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise and lemon juice until smooth.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
