- 1 package Frozen Hash Browns thawed
- 2 cups Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 small Onion finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 0.5 cup Butter melted
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed hash browns, shredded cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, chopped onion, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Pour the melted butter over the top of the casserole.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
